Éclair Masterclass For One Gift Voucher

Join us for an Éclair Masterclass! 

We are delighted to offer éclair making classes at our pastry HQ in Aberdeen. We will guide you through each step of the process. From making the choux pastry to piping them out, glazing and filling them with delicious chocolate crème pâtissiére. This is a beginners class, no baking experience required! We look forward to welcoming you to our production kitchen soon!

Gift cards are delivered by email, this is not a physical gift card. £75pp (approximately 3 hour class) and refreshments will be provided. Masterclasses will only be on the following dates on a first come first serve basis. No extensions to vouchers will be permitted or alternative dates offered. Please choose your preferred booking date from drop down menu below before going through checkout. More information will be emailed to you closer to your booking date with class times and location, please check your junk folder also.

Terms & Conditions  

• This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash & full amount must be redeemed.
• Damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged.  
• No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen, expired or destroyed vouchers.
• Vouchers are valid for specific course dates only and no extensions or alternative dates will be offered.
• Maximum class sizes are for 6 people and will be available on a first come first serve basis only. 
• Any cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to your chosen class date.
• Class dates may be subject to change or cancelled at short notice if we do not reach minimum class size required.
